Management

The management has extensive and relevant experience starting as a separate department within the company Linjebygg Offshore in 2007. Several of them became owners and founders of their own company after a buy-out in 2017 when Linjebygg chose to sell to focus on its traditional business. Prior to that, management had broad and diverse experience from reputable companies that have played an active role in the development of the Norwegian oil and gas industry.

Today Frøy Kapital is the major shareholder of OceanTech. Frøy Kapital strengthens our financial and market position, both in terms of attracting desired customers, talented employees, and other stakeholders.

Frøy Kapital is a new investment company whose motivation is to develop more profitable marine companies and jobs along the coast and in central Norway. As a long-term owner with the aim that the Trondheim-based technology company OceanTech Innovation will continue to grow internationally and in new markets. Read more here.
